Janice Inguanzo, PacifiCare of California
“I have been at PacifiCare for 16 years and in the Ancillary Contract Department for the last two years.
My present position does have challenges, but I never have lost my enthusiasm for working here. The best part of my job is talking to the providers and meeting their needs with PacifiCare.
At PacifiCare I made a pledge to never make promises I cannot keep, and to deliver on the promises I do make. I truly believe that caring is good. Doing something is better.“

Julie Dienhardt & Nathan Wilson, Aetna
Julie - “The most rewarding part of my job is when a contract is completed with a new facility or provider network. The result is that Aetna members will then have access to that facility provider at a higher benefit level. I truly see the member as the center of everything I do in my role at Aetna.”
Nathan - “What I like most about my job and the company I work for is the outstanding leadership and support as well as the great opportunity to work with people inside and outside the company.”

Jeanne Schutter, MultiPlan
"Most of my life I have had an intense interest in healthcare. The managed care arena is an important piece of healthcare. I am fortunate that my position enables me to work with all different types of healthcare providers. It is rewarding to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with national healthcare providers which in turn bring both value and quality services to the clients of MultiPlan and their members. Our providers are very important to MultiPlan and to me, and I do my best to value and appreciate the services they provide."
