Payor Representatives of the Quarter

Juggling day to day activities can be very hectic, but when you work with exceptional representatives from various organizations who assist in resolving issues, stress levels are lowered because we know who to turn to. As part of our ongoing effort to recognize the exceptional and professional performance of individuals within PREFERRED’s payor community, we will be spotlighting one representative per month in our payor newsletter.

Please join us in congratulating the following “can do” individuals who were selected by PREFERRED as “Payor Representatives of the Quarter”!

Elizabeth Hamilton of Integrated Health Plan, Inc.
“What I admire most about my job as a hospital contractor are the relationships I have established with my company’s clients and I want to provide nothing shy of total customer satisfaction. I love a challenge and Integrated Health Plan allows me to be competitive when performing my job responsibilities resulting in praise of performance.”

Shanda Barnes-Chopp of Interplan Health Group
“I enjoy working with all of the different groups and helping insure that our data is correct and up-to-date. The integrity of our data is very important, therefore I strive to make sure all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner. I have a responsibility to our groups, clients, and payors, but mostly to all of the patients, to ensure that our network is maintained correctly and efficiently.”

Daniel Creech of Concentra Network Services/FOCUS
"The thing I like most about my job is the group of people that I work with. I have a great team around me and we work closely together, helping each other work successfully through all kinds of issues that arise. I have excellent bosses who respect my opinions and value my input. The atmosphere at FOCUS creates a feeling of truly belonging to a group and being able to make a valuable contribution to the company and to my co-workers."
