Every year Jaxene Hillebert, President of PREFERRED hosts one of several team building events for PREFERRED’s staff. This year proved to be one of the more difficult team building exercises … a Scavenger Hunt that meant a lot of running, togas, Hawaiian leis, and pizza to celebrate!

Why team building? Because it allows teammates to reconnect to each other in a way that is fun, meaningful, and serves as a reminder that everyone makes a difference, no matter how big or small an organization.
