Most people are surprised to learn that PREFERRED is an office of only 14 employees. Our Administrative Team, Vicki Salak, Jermaine Gilmore, Jessica Miley, and Dawn Wilson are each extremely efficient at handling a variety of roles throughout the week.

Each Wednesday, a standing meeting is conducted for the purpose of discussing what administrative projects are in the works and how these team members can support one another. The meetings are brief but well planned, fostering a feeling of camaraderie. They also discuss some very creative ideas which have been both fun and productive.
