JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: I am responsible for entering facility information changes, such as an address, phone or fax and/or Tax ID change; I send a monthly report to all payors regarding any changes to a facility or add/remove therapists. I also update the PREFERRED website to reflect the facility changes.

WHAT YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB: As Payor Reports Coordinator, I have many different types of reports to send to all the payors monthly. Unbelievably, I really enjoy that challenge. I feel blessed to be able to work with a special group of people. Everyone at PREFERRED is so knowledgeable regarding their job responsibilities that it makes my job a little easier. I enjoy the working with and for the PREFERRED members and payors.

FAVORITE PASTIME: I enjoy reading. I always have a book around to read. I enjoy crocheting. I have started to make an afghan for all my grandchildren.

ABOUT YOUR FAMILY: I have only three children, one daughter and two sons, and grandchildren... I have 13 of them. My daughter is a paralegal, has three children and a Harley motorcycle. This always amazes me. She didn’t even like to ride a bicycle when she was growing up. My oldest son has seven children, and has his own construction business in Arizona. My youngest son has been in the Air Force for 14 years. He and his family of three are now in Oklahoma. Oh—I should add, one husband. Eddie is a supervisor for a plumbing supply warehouse.
