Get Graded Using Report Cards

We have found that Report Cards capture attention. Simple, informative and unique, your practice report card would be a good vehicle for marketing to Physicians and Case Managers.

Information could include all or some of the following:

  • Number of patient encounters/visits for the previous year
  • Average number of visits
  • Number of satisfaction surveys distributed (which could include surveys to patients as well as physician referral source)
  • Number (percentage) of surveys returned
  • Satisfaction quotients
  • Action taken from surveys
  • Quality Assurance Statement which may include continuing education updates regarding the professional staff
  • Mission Statement
  • Average time between patient being scheduled and being seen for the first visit
