We have found that Report Cards capture attention. Simple, informative and unique, your
practice report card would be a good vehicle for marketing to Physicians and Case Managers.
Information could include all or some of the following:
- Number of patient encounters/visits for the previous year
- Average number of visits
- Number of satisfaction surveys distributed (which could include surveys to patients as
well as physician referral source)
- Number (percentage) of surveys returned
- Satisfaction quotients
- Action taken from surveys
- Quality Assurance Statement which may include continuing education updates regarding the
professional staff
- Mission Statement
- Average time between patient being scheduled and being seen for the first visit
