Are PPOs Ready for NPI?

We polled our contracted PPO and Healthplan partners to see where they stand with the capability to accept the NPI. A spreadsheet of their responses can be found in the Member Center section of our website. If you do not have your member login & password to access this information, let us know!

*The spreadsheet is accurate as of the date posted to the website, and will be updated periodically. Providers should still confirm during patient authorization if the payor or PPO is able to accept the NPI or if they require the NPI plus the Legacy number (or in rare cases, the Legacy number without the NPI).
