PREFERRED Therapy Providers is pleased and excited to announce significant results in network growth, plan and vendor relationships, as well as service enhancements during the first quarter of 2004.

PREFERRED has had significant growth in both its network of private practice clinics as well as individual therapists throughout the nation. Currently, PREFERRED has over 950 clinics in 36 states and over 2400 individual therapists, serving more than 60 million members. These numbers represent a resurgence of rehabilitation providers who are going into private practice.

PREFERRED has also expanded its business relationship with key PPO’s and health plans throughout the country, including: Accountable Health Plans, Devon Healthcare, ppo Next, PacifiCare Arizona, and Southwest Carpenter’s Trust of Arizona.

Enhanced customer service highlights include the launch of their Web site service, "My PREFERRED Web Site," a dedicated 800 line for payors, and additional value-added service vendors that provide therapy products at discounted rates.
