THERAPY PROVIDERS COMPLETES CONTRACT WITH BCE EMERGIS
FOR OUTPATIENT PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL, AND SPEECH THERAPY

Phoenix, AZ, July, 2003 - PREFERRED
Therapy Providers, Inc. (PREFERRED)
today announced that it has signed an agreement with
BCE Emergis. Providers within PREFERRED's
network will have access to all BCE affiliate networks
including, Admar, United Payors & United Providers,
ProAmerica, Benefit Panel Services, and ForMost, representing
approximately 12 million covered lives. As a BCE national
provider, PREFERRED serves
as a liaison for the negotiation, execution and implementation
of contractual relationships between its group of private
practice rehabilitation clinics and BCE Emergis.
